Since 1979 Pontiac has covered all aspects of GM's "Performance"
division - from today's high tech, fuel injected screamers to the massive muscle
cars of the early days. Pontiac was built by the Oakland Motor Co., established in 1907,
in a buggy shop on Oakland Ave., Pontiac City, Oakland County, Michigan.
In 1926 Oakland's general manager, Alfred R. Glancy was recognized with the name
when upon taking over Oakland said, "when I got to the plant I found designs for
it hanging on the wall and over them someone had written 'Pontiac'". Over the
years, Pontiac has produced their models with long-lasting and specially designed
auto parts.
Pontiac is the name for power and style because of its powerful auto parts.
Pontiac line-up of vehicles including Pontiac Trans Am, Pontiac Firebird, Pontiac Grand Am,
Pontiac Grand Prix are all infused with quality
Pontiac parts. We all know that
every car part has its own role to portray. Thus, every car part must complement
to your car’s features to achieve most excellent driving experience. It is very important
that you use the accurate needed parts for your car. Pontiac vehicles and its
parts complement each other not only for guaranteed performance but also for comfortable
driving experience. But above all, the key to keeping a vehicle and its parts
dependable and aesthetically pleasing is a normal maintenance regimen. To some,
taking their vehicle to the car wash every two weeks is their idea of routine
maintenance. But your car including its parts need more than this to maintain
their showroom appearance, to continue to run efficiently, and to optimize the
factory’s safety features. Treat your car like the way you treat your pet, after
all, your car is probably your second largest investment.
